I'm utterly joi that I met you all - seriously laughter made ringing in the new year feel very good.
Once again I worked on NYE. I'm pretty sure the only NYE I've ever had off was the Metallica show, circa 1999. I'm happy you got to have a good time, you deserve it. I spent it with my 200 closest drunkards. Not complaining, mind you, it was quite amusing to be honest. Much better than the past NYEs running the pizza joint.
Fuck yeah, that show was totally worth it. So happy you are in my life.
3 weeks from tonight I will be rocking out in Chi-town...5th row, dead center, level w/rotating stage, next to one of the most gorgeous men I know. The thumping of Lars, the mezmorizing fingerwork of Kirk, the sweat flinging off of James, and the growl of Robert's bass. Let's just hope the adrenaline gets to him & he loses control of his inhibitions. Still trying to figure out how to cross that line...
