I couldn't agree more! Sue the fucking parents for the cost of replacing these rare creatures, sue them for contributing to the delinquincy of a minor; and get that kid into a mental program of some kind. HOW does a 7 year old break into a zoo anyway? Don't studies show that serial killers start out by torturing small animals & such? I guess we have another one on our hands.
